How to place orders?
Step 1. As a guest or Register on menselected.com.
Step 2. Log in.
Step 3. Pick out what you prefer.
Step 4. Add the items you want to your shopping cart.
Step 5. Confirm billing address and shipping address.
Step 6. Choose delivery.
Step 7. Choose your preferred payment method and finish the payment.
Step 8. Check confirmation in the registered e-mail box.
When your order is placed successfully, please check your registered email to find your “Order Confirmation” email from us within 24 hours. If you do not get it, please email us immediately. It is very important!
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can change the shipping address for you before the package is shipped. But once the package is sent, I’m afraid it will be too late.
So I suggest you check your order information after you place your order.
How do I track the status of my order?
Please go to “Track Your Order” page to track the status of your orders.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
We protect the privacy of your information. And apply trustworthy third-party software including Secure Sockets Layer (‘SSL’) for all financial transactions. Your information would be totally safe in our website.
Do you charge sales tax?
Most of our products do not charge extra customs duty but include it in the freight.
However, each country has different charging standards for customs duties, so please contact us at [email protected] for details.
How many countries do you ship?
We ship worldwide, except for countries that are at war.
Returns & Exchange
What if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If the items you received are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care Team: at [email protected] at the earliest time. And please offer us the picture proofs for us to solve the problem in the shortest possible time.
What if an item is missing from my shipment?
If your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours. You will receive a partial refund or you can choose to resend your order.
What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. Please contact us as soon as possible to change the address for the opportunities but we can not guarantee that we can get the item back if the item is already delivered.
What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
